General Michael Flynn will plead guilty to making false statements to the FBI. The charges allege that Gen. Flynn made false statements about his discussions during his meeting with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kisliac.
Two weeks ago, Flynn’s legal team terminated their cooperation agreement with President Trump’s legal team.
